9 out of 10 people in the U.S. have experienced a fast food delivery fail. The only way they’ve found to vent their frustration was posting it online. So we turned those ugly food experiences into a tasty opportunity — using real user-generated disasters to highlight a better way to end their meals. Instead of blaming the system, we flipped the narrative, showing that when food fails to deliver, there’s always a better option in your own kitchen.
DELIVER BETTER
THE PRINT & OOH
After contacting each person who had a delivery fail, we decided to embrace those disastrous photos and turn them into our print and OOH campaign. That way, blurry, pixelated photos and poorly presented food became the best proof that nothing can beat home-cooked food.
